About Bluetop Solar Parking
Bluetop Solar Parking is an international supplier of solar carport solutions for the B2B market. With 100+ projects across 17 countries, we are a recognised pioneer in the design, engineering, and production of high-quality, certified solar canopy systems for commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients. The company is founded in Denmark and has subsidiary companies in Poland, UK and Germany.
The UK & Ireland are key markets, and we are now looking for a Commercial & Project Manager to support market expansion and partnerships.
Your Role
You will combine commercial development, client management, and project support, acting as a key interface between customers and Bluetop’s international engineering and project teams.
Commercial & Market Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar carports and renewable energy
- Support growth of Bluetop’s presence and organisation across the UK & Ireland.
- Build and manage strong relationships with developers, contractors and EPCs.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts
Project & Client Delivery
- Support project development and execution, including site visits
- Present technical solutions and support proposals and tenders
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues in Denmark and Poland
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project management team to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure clear communication and structured processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the solar industry
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel approx. 30% across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe
