With 100+ projects across 17 countries, we are a recognised pioneer in the design, engineering, and production of high-quality, certified solar canopy systems for commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients. The company is founded in Denmark and has subsidiary companies in Poland, UK and Germany.
At Bluetop Solar Parking, we are growing rapidly across international markets and building a strong, scalable organization. As an HR & Office Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our internal structure, supporting our teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hybrid role combining HR, office management, and organizational development, with direct impact on company culture and efficiency.
Your Role
You will take ownership of HR and administrative processes while working closely with the COO and management team. Your work will ensure that our teams can focus on delivering high-quality projects to our clients.
HR Operations
- Manage recruitment processes and support hiring managers
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Act as the main contact for HR-related topics
- Support performance reviews, training, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with labour law and internal policies
Office and Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, and facilities
- Manage and coordinate the administration team
- Organise internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support administrative processes, budgeting, and invoicing
Organization and Culture
- Contribute to building a strong and scalable company culture
- Develop and improve internal policies and processes
- Support organizational development together with management
- Drive efficiency and structure across HR and operations
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 4+ years of experience in HR, Office Management, or People Operations
- Experience managing HR processes (recruitment to offboarding)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience supporting managers and working across teams
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in PV or solar carport projects
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar)
- German or French language skills
- Experience in outsourced production environments
- Background in structural or mechanical design
- Knowledge of AI tools or workflow optimization
- Advanced Excel or Power BI skills
