TYPE 1

BLUEROOF

Framed solar modules are mounted on aluminium railings, delivering a sleek and premium finish. This configuration offers reliable water resistance, making it well-suited for high-end applications where both functionality and design are critical.

WITH SUBROOF

Trapezoidal steel sheets are installed beneath the solar panels to act as a protective subroof. This solution provides effective water management and is ideal for environments exposed to frequent rain or where additional shielding is needed.

WITHOUT SUBROOF

Solar modules are installed directly on the purlins, offering a streamlined and cost-effective setup. This configuration is best used in dry climates or sheltered locations where water resistance is not a requirement.

STEEL SCREWS

An efficient and environmentally friendly solution. Steel screw foundations minimise ground disruption and enable quicker installation—ideal for projects requiring flexibility and speed.

RAMMED PROFILES

A cost-effective anchoring technique using driven steel profiles. Best suited for compact soil conditions and installations where minimal groundwork is preferred.

BlueRoof – Premium Roof System for Solar Carports

BlueRoof is a specialised roof system developed and manufactured by Bluetop, designed specifically for use in solar carports and solar canopies. It delivers a robust, water-resistant structure with visible PV modules, offering both performance and architectural appeal.

The system features a combination of aluminium and steel railings, creating a durable framework with a semi-transparent, high-end finish. Its clean design ensures that the solar roof not only performs efficiently but also enhances the overall appearance of the parking area.

Installation is fast and straightforward. The PV modules are easily slid into place, eliminating the need for workers to access the roof surface during assembly—making the process both safe and efficient.

BlueRoof is the ideal solution for projects requiring a premium solar power canopy that combines safety, speed, and standout visual quality.

Lighting – BlueLED

Bluetop uses the BlueLED lighting system, a slim and integrated LED solution developed for solar canopies and carports. The system consists of a durable PVC channel that holds the LED strip neatly along the purlin inside the carport roof structure, creating a clean and uniform lighting installation.

BlueLED delivers bright, neutral white light with a colour temperature of 4000 Kelvin and an output of 914 lumen per meter. The system is weather and dust resistant, dimmable, and easy to install, making it well suited for outdoor solar canopy environments.

With a power consumption of only 84W per 10 meters, BlueLED provides efficient illumination while helping to reduce energy use and operating costs. The system is available in white or grey and includes all key components such as LED source, PVC channel, electrical box, power supply, dimmer, and end caps.
