At Bluetop Solar Parking, we are growing rapidly across international markets and expanding our installation activities. As an Installation Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of solar carport installations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, suppliers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Role
You will work closely with the Installation Manager to coordinate installation activities, communicate with field teams, and ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.
Installation Coordination
- Support planning and organization of installation works
- Coordinate installation schedules and team availability
- Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available on time
- Assist in managing multiple installation projects in parallel
Team and Partner Communication
- Maintain daily communication with installation teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate activities across international sites
- Provide operational and technical support to field teams
- Support onboarding and verification of new installation partners
Quality and Operations
- Monitor installation quality and report any issues
- Support compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
- Assist in improving installation efficiency and processes
- Contribute to cost optimization and operational improvements
Logistics and Reporitng
- Support coordination of deliveries and team movements
- Track installation progress and report performance
- Assist in preparing documentation and project updates
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of experience in installation, construction, or coordination roles
- Experience working with technical drawings and structures
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience working with field teams or subcontractors
- Good command of English
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solid IT and digital skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in renewable energy, PV, or steel structures
- Experience with international projects
- Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
- German or French language skills
- Experience with process optimization or digital/AI tools
