With 100+ projects across 17 countries, we are a recognised pioneer in the design, engineering, and production of high-quality, certified solar canopy systems for commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients. The company is founded in Denmark and has subsidiary companies in Poland, UK and Germany.
At Bluetop Solar Parking, we are expanding our project management team to support rapid growth across European renewable energy markets. As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple international solar carport projects – from design kickoff through outsourced production, logistics, and final delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, and can confidently manage several projects in parallel with structured and predictable timelines.
Your Role
You will oversee the full project lifecycle, acting as the central link between clients, engineering, design, and operations teams. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Project Management and Delivery
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle (design → production → logistics → delivery)
- Develop project plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Manage structured project phases (5 weeks design + 8 weeks production)
- Monitor schedules and proactively identify risks
Client and Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary contact for international clients
- Translate client requirements into clear technical inputs
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and reporting
Internal and External Collaboration
- Coordinate engineers, CAD/design teams, logistics, and external suppliers
- Ensure alignment across departments and project phases
- Participate in design reviews and internal handovers
Financial and Project Control
- Monitor project budgets and validate change orders
- Support invoicing and collaborate with
- Finance Contribute to forecasting and cash flow planning
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain risk logs and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure quality checks before production release
- Support process improvements and optimization initiatives
- Assist Sales with technical insights when required
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience in construction, steel structures, manufacturing, or renewable energy
- Ability to understand technical and engineering concepts
- Experience working with international clients
- Proven coordination of cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Experience with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong IT and digital skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in PV or solar carport projects
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar)
- German or French language skills
- Experience in outsourced production environments
- Background in structural or mechanical design
- Knowledge of AI tools or workflow optimization
- Advanced Excel or Power BI skills
